Should Sterling Project Solutions arrange for a service technician / contractor to attend to any repair work that has been requested and it is found that the repair works are:

1. not required as there was no fault when the service technician / contractor attended
2. the result of misuse of the item
3. the result or failure to comply with the recommended use of the item as outlined in the operation manual
4. due to the operator not reading the instructions provided in the operations manual

Then I accept full liability for the call out and services fees and expenses associated with the repair work.
