DESCRIPTION:
The Australia Towers Project involved the construction of the first residential development at Sydney Olympic Park comprising of 216 new apartments in two towers over a period of two years. Tower A is comprised of 140 apartments over 24 levels with Tower B comprising a further 76 apartments over 16 levels. The development included the construction of a number of retail outlets and commercial suites as well as the provision of a child care centre. The buildings were designed and constructed with great focus on energy efficient and resource saving systems which has resulted in the building averaging 7.5 stars under the current rating system.
